What are the Moet & Chandon With Love packages? 

The limited edition packages feature a bottle or magnum of romantic Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial personalised with the phrase ‘With Love’ in gold calligraphy, housed in a custom Moët & Chandon keepsake giftbox with a large bouquet of pink and white florals hand finished, and overflowing out of the box.  

Every With Love gift, is finished with a hand-written note in gold calligraphy with your words of love and will be hand-delivered on Valentine’s Day by Moët & Chandon’s Champagne Concierge. The delivery by the Champagne Concierge is sure to be a photo moment of sheer surprise and delight by your recipient. 

What is the Champagne Concierge? 

The Moët & Chandon Champagne Concierge is inspired by the great Parisian hotels, and notion of hand crafted, elegant service. Our Champagne Concierges will be dressed the part, and will carefully hand deliver your gift with white glove service to your intended recipient. 

Our Champagne Concierge will hand deliver your gift pack to SydneyMelbourne or Auckland as a limited offer.

What day is the Champagne Concierge delivering  

Valentine’s Day, Monday 14th February 2022, between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

What time will the Champagne Concierge arrive? 

The recipient (you or your giftee) will receive SMS communication from Moet & Chandon to advise a 2-hour delivery windowPlease expect a text message no later than 5pm on Sunday February 13thThe concierge will be delivering between 9am – 5pm on Monday 14th February.  

What if I'm not home? 

Please ensure you are home in the window delivery advised. The Champagne Concierge may attempt to re-deliver a maximum of two times on exception. On second failed delivery, the gift box and florals will be left with the champagne bottle removed. The Concierge delivery is occurring from 9am-5pm on Monday 14th February, and any subsequent deliveries will be made after this date.

Can I choose my delivery date and time? Is the timeframe flexible? 

Our Champagne Concierge has many limited-edition packages to deliver on the day, therefore the delivery times will be allocated to you. We will however do our best to accommodate any changes, but we do ask if recipients can be available during the potential delivery hours as in some cases your ideal delivery time may not be available due to scheduling and the distances involved. The confirmation text will include details of who to contact should your allocated delivery time need to be altered. As your gift contains alcohol, it can’t be left, and ID will be checked.  

Whose details should I put in the delivery & contact section? 

Please put the recipient's name, mobile number and physical address as the ‘Shipping Address’ in the delivery section – we will ensure the SMS sent prior to Valentine's Day mentions a surprise delivery from Moet & Chandon without giving it away. If your recipient's address isn’t in a street frontage single dwelling address, please provide additional instructions for how to find the address in the ‘delivery notes’ field provided.

Please note; the intended recipient or someone over 18 must be at the delivery address to receive the package. The package cannot be left unattended.  

How old do I need to be to purchase / receive this experience? 

Purchasers and recipients must be a minimum of 18 years of age in compliance with New Zealand law.

I do not live in one of the delivery postcodes, can I still get a Moet & Chandon package 

Unfortunately, our Champagne Concierge has limited delivery times, but you can purchase Moet & Chandon Rose online 

How many packages are available? 

There are only 80 glamour, 20 grandeur and 1 perfect proposal package available in Auckland for a limited time only. The packages will be available whilst stocks last.  

I do not have a physical home or work address; can I order the Moet & Chandon champagne concierge? 

Unfortunately, our Champagne Concierge’s require a physical home or work address to deliver the gift boxes. Purchasers must provide a physical home or work address and not a PO Box.
